Add Timesheet

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

You can add staff hours to Pimarc timesheet section if you are Level 2 users or up. See User Access Security .

To add timesheet:

  1. In Time and Material Entry window, it shows the project's information and the project tasks list.

  2. Click the "Add Staff Hours" button that opens the timesheet window.

  3. Select today's date or another date and fill in hours, department, billing code, and notes.

  4. Your name is checked by default, if you work with a group, you can check your group members and their time will be entered as well.

  5. You can add your materials used in your timesheet by filling in the cost.

  6. Click the add button to add the timesheet, or click cancel button to cancel it.
