Edit an Announcement or Task

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

Edit a company announcement or task in the calendar is available to Level 2 users and up.

To edit an announcement or task:

  1. Select the date in the calendar; it opens your personal day schedule.

  2. Select the announcement or task you want to edit.

  3. It opens an edit window that allows you to update or delete the announcement or task.
  4. Only level 7 users can change the button color to be shown in the calendar.
