Add/Edit/Delete Billing Code

The minimum user access level a user must have to use this feature of Pimarc.

You can add a new code, edit a code, and delete a code in Pimarc codes section if you are level 6 users or up. See User Access Security .

To add code:

  1. Click the Edit Page button in the codes page.
  2. Click the Add button to open a "code type add page" window.
  3. Fill in the code name; select the description and the department from the drop down box.
  4. In the status check box, the default status is checked. When the check box is checked, the code is active; when it is unchecked, the code is inactive.
  5. Click the add button to add the code.

To edit code:

  1. Select a code you wish to edit in the radio box in the codes page.
  2. It opens a modify code window.
  3. Make your change and click the modify button.
  4. There is a confirmation window to confirm your change.
  5. Click the modify button to save it.

To delete code:

  1. Select a code you wish to delete in the radio box in the codes page.
  2. It opens a deletion code window.
  3. Click the delete button and it opens a confirmation window to confirm your deletion.
  4. Click the delete button again to complete delete it or click cancel button to cancel it.
